The indoor water park was a hit with the kids, keeping them entertained all day. Check-in took way too long and the parking situation was frustrating. I liked the poolside bar for a quick drink too.

The kids loved the indoor water park and slides. Check-in took way too long, around 30 minutes. Our room needed some updates and had cleanliness issues. Friendly staff made it a bit better.

Ocean Reef Resort boasts an excellent location near the beach, making it ideal for a vacation. The pools, including the lazy river and jacuzzi tubs, offered a relaxing retreat. The friendly bar staff added to the pleasant atmosphere, ensuring we had a delightful time despite some minor inconveniences.

Wait times for the elevator were insane—sometimes over 40 minutes! I ended up taking the stairs eight floors just to avoid the hassle. It was exhausting, especially in a crowded place. Who wants a vacation filled with that kind of frustration?

The updated room was a pleasant surprise, cozy for our family of five, and we loved the easy ocean access on the north side. The kids enjoyed the pools and lazy river, while I relaxed in the hot tub. we faced significant issues with rude staff and long wait times during check-in. The elevators were unreliable, and our electronic keys often failed. A disheartening contrast to previous stays, the lack of customer service was notable, especially when I raised concerns. This resort has potential, but it needs better management and maintenance.

I loved the stunning ocean view from my room! The breakfast was awesome, and the pools and hot tubs were really nice too. The kids had a blast in their area. Just wish the elevators worked better, like the light on the 6th floor was out the whole time. Some room details could use fixing up.

The location is commendable—close to the beach and local dining. The kids enjoyed the pool area, and the staff were genuinely friendly. cleanliness left much to be desired. Sticky floors and grimy carpets were disappointing. The broken sleeper sofa the first night disrupted our plans, and while the replacement was handled the next day, we felt a compensation was warranted for the inconvenience. Further issues included a roach in the kitchen and a leaking sink. The elevators struggled with capacity, often filled with housekeeping carts. Despite these setbacks, the beds were comfortable, and the pool towels were a nice touch. Improvements are needed.

Sampling delicious dishes at Brew at the Zoo was a blast. The ABBA tribute show was a fun experience. Lazy river for relaxing, and free attraction admissions were a nice perk.
Enjoyed feeling unwelcome and confused during my extended stay pricing farce.

The room was spacious and had comfortable beds, perfect for our family of four. the bathroom sink and toilet were broken, which was disruptive. I appreciated the decent temperature control. The cleaning could use improvement, as we noticed it wasn't up to standard. The faucet in the tub was loose, and the door latch was bent, making closing the door a challenge. The small fridge provided limited freezer space. Despite these inconveniences, the overall layout of the room suited our needs for the stay. Decor and furnishings would benefit from a refresh.

The three-bedroom apartment we had was clean and spacious, with a lovely kitchen and beautiful ocean and pool views. The beach access was convenient, catering to all age groups. We enjoyed the variety of activities available for kids.
We had issues with our room initially, including a balcony door off track and a lack of kitchen facilities.

The beach vibe was on point for our beach yoga sessions and chill swims in the waves. Broadway's firework show was straight fire! With games and prizes everywhere, it was like we hit the teen jackpot. Every day was an epic adventure!
More party events at night would've taken our vacation to the next level.

The location was ideal, and the beds were amazingly comfortable. Plus, having a washer and dryer right in the suite was super convenient for our family. On the downside, I have to mention a few areas that could use improvement. the carpet in our room was pretty unpleasant and looked like it needed replacing ages ago. there were no dish towels provided for washing or drying dishes, which was a bit frustrating. the ice machine on our floor was out of order for most of our visit, and the hallways were not as clean as one would expect, especially around the white stucco walls and fire extinguisher boxes. One unique thing that stood out was the problem we had with the main bathroom , it just wouldn't flush properly. The dishwasher also had some issues with water retention, as did the garbage disposal, which caused a bit of a stench. the prompt response of the maintenance team to resolve the AC overflow issue was definitely a plus point. despite these drawbacks, we still managed to have a great time as a family and enjoyed our stay at Ocean Reef.

the resort is always very clean and in a great location close to attractions. we had a great view of the ocean from the eleventh floor. we loved the pots and pans in the kitchen and the friendly other guests. tonyua the manager was a blessing and went way beyond to ensure our stay was a good one.

Our family had a blast at Broadway Beach, with thrilling games to keep the kids entertained and the adults counting prize tickets. It was like a treasure hunt, discovering new adventures at every turn, ensuring our vacation was both relaxing and fun-filled.
My wife says that the kids wished for scheduled kids' club activities.

Our stay at a beachfront hotel in Myrtle Beach was a dream come true. The friendly staff, including the waitress who went above and beyond for my visually impaired granddaughter, made us feel like VIPs. The complimentary breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options. The pool and water play areas were a hit with the kids, and the ocean view from our room was exceptional. The pool grill/bar provided tasty and convenient refreshments.
The delayed garbage pickup and the lack of cleanliness around the hotel.

I absolutely loved the peacefulness and stunning view from the room. The pool area was fantastic and the bar was a great place to unwind. However, the parking situation for my motorcycle was a bit inconvenient. Overall I'll recommend this hotel.

we had a fantastic stay at Ocean Reef Resort. the location near the beach was perfect, with easy parking and close proximity. the kids loved the pool area, and the water pressure in the shower was awesome. the rooms were very clean, and we enjoyed using the kitchen area and the size of the refrigerator. the use of beach towels was a nice touch, and the balcony was a big plus for my husband to relax and smoke a cigar. the DJ at the pool added to the fun atmosphere, and the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

The hotel was right on the beach with a fantastic view. The staff were super friendly and the outdoor pool was large and family-friendly.
